Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the communities of Southside Virginia. We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing the full spectrum of outpatient family medicine. Practice Highlights

· 100% outpatient primary care

· No hospital call or inpatient responsibilities

· Flexible scheduling options:

o Five 8-hour days per week, or

o Four 10-hour days per week

· Established patient base with strong community demand

· Collaborative care team including advanced practice providers, nursing staff, behavioral health, psychiatry, and care coordination services

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to support both your professional and personal goals, including:

· Company-paid health insurance premiums
