The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for our geriatric population within our Community Care & Geriatric department, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. LCSW, LCPC, LMFT and Conditionally Licensed providers are encouraged to apply. Advanced degree in MH Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensing in the state of Maine to provide mental health counseling. All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $
