Key Responsibilities  Complies with board of pharmacy, state, and federal law, ensuring all pharmacy personnel complies with all requirements. Conduct internal audits, maintain appropriate records, and supervise the work of all support staff. Responsible for driving overall compliance and business results of the pharmacy across operations, quality, clinical outcomes, and growth. Develops staff's pharmacologic knowledge by participating in clinical programs and provides drug information to staff, interns, and
