This position will oversee the entire revenue cycle (billings, collections, workflows) for a multi-state FQHC. Currently this operation collects $1.4 million monthly while filing over 15,000 claims a month. The Central Business Office is comprised of seven team members and we currently utilize a third party consultant to assist with the collection functions.
