SUMMARY:         This position is responsible for assisting with planning, organizing, and directing Clinical Services within the healthcare system, including the development, implementation and administration of the Center’s Health Care Plan, Performance Improvement Plan including the Provision of Care, Treatment, and Services, Medication Management, Surveillance, Prevention, and Control of Infection.  The position also functions as a Provider of patient care and gives due consideration to productivity and departmental budget compliance.  This position is also responsible for administrative, compliance and quality improvement procedures.         Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under
