CenterPlace Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Sarasota County through four strategic locations, delivering comprehensive primary care services that include adult health, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental, behavioral health, laboratory, and pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee operations across multiple outpatient health center sites that ensure consistent, high-quality care and service delivery
• Develop and execute business plans that will achieve financial sustainability, balancing mission and margin in a complex reimbursement landscape
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define strategy, set goals, and measure progress
• Ensure organizational compliance with HRSA and FQHC regulations while managing federal grants, including Section 330 funding, and maintain timely reporting to the Board of Directors, HRSA, and the Florida Department of Health-Sarasota
• Lead recruitment, retention and professional development of providers and staff while fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
• Build and nurture partnerships with community organizations, local hospitals, HRSA, and government agencies while cultivating philanthropic partnerships and managing grant programs to support organizational sustainability
• Advance health equity initiatives that address health disparities while serving as the primary spokesperson for CenterPlace Health with community stakeholders

• Proven record of success in nonprofit healthcare leadership, including financial management, grant management, and multi-site operations.
• Minimum of 5 years' executive leadership in primary care, community health, or FQHC settings, with experience leading a FQHC strongly preferred
• Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in board governance, strategic planning, and grant writing, with proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
