- Interface clinical and administrative decision-making processes to achieve RCH patient centered goals and objectives, using advanced problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of accredited Medical School is required.
- Successful completion of residency program in family practice is required.
- Three (3) years patient care experience following medical school is strongly preferred.
- Medical experience in an outpatient family medicine clinic including pediatrics, obstetrical/gynecological, medical care and non-emergency care is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Board certified in family practice is required.
- A permanent current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Minnesota is required.
- Current unrestricted DEA license is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the provider is regularly required to sit; use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The provider must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a clinic office environment. Contact with staff, patients and outside agencies. Possible exposure to communicable disease and medical preparations common to clinic environment.

Salary is $187,200.00 to $260,000.00 annually, depending on experience.
