The Director of Risk Management oversees and manages the organization-wide risk management program and provides guidance to CHNWF employees.  The Director of Risk Management develops and maintains systems within the organization to detect, monitor, prevent, organize measure, investigate, report, and manage adverse events, incident reports, and other indicators of potential patient and employee harm. The Director of Risk Management works collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team, Director of Human Resources and other department managers to assess minimizing risk to the organization.  Works in conjunction with the Training Department to identify risk management and safety training and education topics and assists with course development as appropriate.
