Kinston Community Health Center, Inc is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting.  The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's business objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Provide strategic financial guidance to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Manage relationships with investors, banks and other financial institutions.
