SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) demonstrates executive level experience in strategic thinking and decision making and serves as an integral member of the senior management team. The CFO is responsible for the development of Gracelight Community Health's financial management strategy and contributes to the development of Gracelight Community Health's strategic goals. The CFO develops and implements policies and procedures, metrics and goals, short-term and long-range financial planning, analysis of prospective business opportunities, and cash management activities. While the emphasis of this role is finance, it includes responsibilities for managing a breadth of staff functions and requires an individual who is both strategic and tactical.
