Join Fourth Street Clinic as our next Dental Director and be part of a mission-driven team providing high-quality dental care to individuals experiencing homelessness and other underserved populations. We're looking for a clinically skilled and forward-thinking leader to oversee all aspects of our dental program—from direct patient care to program strategy and integration with medical and behavioral health services.
What You’ll Do:
Provide compassionate, comprehensive dental care including diagnostics, preventive and restorative services, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Supervise and mentor dental assistants, hygienists, students, and volunteers.
Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and safety standards across the dental program.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and strategic planning.
Collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure integrated, trauma-informed care.

What You’ll Bring:
DDS or DMD degree and valid Utah dental license.
DEA certification and current BLS certification.
At least 5 years of clinical experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience serving vulnerable or underserved populations.
