Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with the adult and geriatric population as part of our Community Care and Geriatrics (CCG) team. You will work   primarily in Waterville, at Mount Joseph - a post-acute skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility with independent living apartments, amenities, and activities. Two years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a background in Community Health and Family Practice preferred. This position is planned for full-time, 40-hours per week, generally Monday – Friday in Waterville, but the schedule can be flexible – 4 10-hour days are an option.  Travel and work in other area PCHC/CCG facilities will be required at times,
