PURPOSE Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, provides primary care to patients ranging in age from birth to geriatric. Works as part of a care team that practices evidenced based medicine in a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. This position will work mainly out of our new School-Based Health Center.
