The Senior Director of Human Resources is a senior role responsible for the strategic management and oversight of the HR function across all FQHC sites. This leader will work closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with the organization’s mission and goals, ensuring that HR operations support business objectives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, this role is pivotal in managing the execution of new initiatives and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational directives.
7+ years of HR management experience, with significant experience in a senior leadership role. Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in an FQHC, is highly desirable.
