THE OPPORTUNITY: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Duffy Health Center is a patient-centered medical home, and every role requires functioning effectively using a team-based approach. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall management and strategic leadership of Duffy Health Center. The CEO establishes long and shortrange plans and objectives, personal performance standards and assumes direct accountability for the organization's results. The CEO develops and implements organizational policies, goals, objectives, and budgets, responsible for resolving all conflicts which arise. Responsibilities include evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations, monitoring and addressing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements, fund development and nurturing positive community relations. This position is a full-time employee of DHC and deemed essential* in the DHC Emergency Operations Plan.
