Samaritan Health Services has an opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practioner in our InterCommunity Health Network Clinic in Albany!
Samaritan Health Services is seeking an Advanced Practitioner interested in providing a comprehensive level of care to underserved communities to join our team in Albany, Oregon. The InterCommunity Health Network clinic in Albany guarantees longer times to consult with patients, an in-house PT office and clinical pharmacy to increase access, improve quality outcomes, reduce cost, and enhance coordination of care for Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members in the community.

The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Job Specifics
16 -18 patients per day, with longer scheduled time to see patients to increase quality of care
Two care teams made up of 1 MD/DO, 2 APCs, and MA, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Clinical Pharmacist, RN, Care Coordinator, Community Health Worker, and Front Office support.
Typical cases/patients are adult IHN patients, typically with multiple diagnosis and complex, with a mix of healthy adult patients. Procedures may include minor biopsies, aspiration of abscesses, medication injections, stitches.
Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
