POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Specialty Services Officer (CSSO) is responsible for leading and managing all specialty services as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as defined within the Position Responsibilities of this job description. The CSSO shall develop and oversee all associated systems and will work to improve Hidalgo Medical Services' (HMS) image, quality of care and services, safety, financial position, and number of individuals served. The delivery of quality service and positive interaction with our customers is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this job description, thus the employee is responsible for establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, and HMS employees in a court
