The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will manage the daily administrative functions of the Erlanger Federally Qualified Health Centers. This is a Senior level position, reporting directly to the CEO that will provide oversight for five primary areas: 1) Human Resources and Staff Management 50%, 2) Governance and Board Support 10%, 3) Budget and Finance Administration 10%, 4) Strategic Planning, Development & Execution 20%, 5) Events/Special Projects & Marketing 10%. The CAO will also support administrative committees of the health centers, and perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as needed.
