The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) provides clinical administrative leadership and through delegation, oversees all health-related services provided within the Tapestry 360 Health (Tap360) facilities. As a vital member of the leadership team the CMO will have responsibility for innovating policy change and continuous clinical quality improvement (QI). Will serve as a member of the QI Committee and the QIHR Committee of the Board of Director. The CMO will liaise between administration and clinical staff to ensure that clinical procedures are followed, and patients receive quality care. The CMO will work closely with the CEO to support the organization’s overall mission through the creation of patient-centered care, and an environment that is safe, effective and efficient.
