The Chief Program Officer is responsible for executive leadership over Prevention, Outreach, Case Management, and Transportation services programs . This includes Ryan White Program, Support Services and Prevention services with appropriate program standards and contract requirements. In addition, the CPO works closely with the CEO and other members of the management team to maintain efficient and effective social services programs at Careteam Plus. The CPO is responsible for assisting with budget preparation and management and other top level administrative functions and is a member of the executive team.
