The Revenue Cycle Manger is a member of the management team, and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.  They are: Responsible for implementation, training, and monitoring of electronic charge capture and posting. Supervise and train billing and coding staff in medical, dental, behavioral health, social services and vision billing. Provide coding assistance as needed to provider staff. Monitoring and reporting collection activity. Oversee all accounts receivable and other KPI's. Provide analysis of troubleshooting of public and private revenue sources. Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.
